Growth: Rinse and Repeat

I rolled up to the car wash the other day, dusty from well.... life. Paid for the deluxe wash-fancy stuff. Got a ticket saying come back within four days for a free touch-up. I almost tossed it, but yesterday, my car looked like it’d seen better days, so I swung by. Sparkling again, no charge. Smart move, right? They hooked me back in without extra cost. Ultimately they want me to have the feel of what routine aka membership at the carwash feels like.

This idea could totally apply to boutique fitness.   Prospect attends class on a drop in but doesn't buy the intro or anything else.  Within 24 hours gets an email inviting them in for a free class within the week.  All they have to do is text the studio line and they can be added to the class.  Yes, this is manual and that's intentional. This gives you a guaranteed interaction and potential connection point with a potential client who has not yet committed.  Gets ’em hooked on the vibe, coming back for more before they overthink it. Keeps the loyalty and activity flowing!
